Five steps. We start with a call so I understand what you need and why it matters. I scope the work and send a fixed quote — no hourly surprises. Once it looks right, we sign a contract with the scope of work agreed in writing, so we both know exactly what is being delivered before anyone picks up a camera. Then we shoot, usually one to two days on site. Finally you get the edit, with two rounds of revisions before final delivery.

Most projects deliver within two to three weeks of the shoot. Faster turnarounds are possible when a launch date calls for it — flag it early and I’ll build the schedule around it.

Yes, nationwide. I’m based in Denver and travel regularly for work. Travel costs are quoted up front, so they never show up as a surprise line item later.

Finished, color-graded video ready to use, delivered in the formats you need for web, social and internal use. Photography projects deliver edited high-resolution stills. Exact deliverables are agreed in the quote before we shoot, so you know what you are getting. Files are delivered online by default, or on a physical hard drive at your expense if you would rather have them in hand.
